Dinners

All dinners come with a Greek Salad, Rice, and Bread Roll

Athenian Roasted Chicken – $15 – One “whole half” of chicken, seasoned with oregano, lemon, and olive oil.

Keftethes – $13 – Homemade by OPA! in Waterville. Meatballs with seasoned breadcrumbs & Greek aromatic herbs, pan seared.

Souvlaki – $12 – Shish-kebab with pork, onions, and green peppers, served on a skewer with Greek seasonings.

Pastitsio – $14 – Homemade by OPA! Restaurant in Waterville. Layers of baked pasta and ground beef, with grated cheese and topped with a Bechamel sauce. Think Greek lasagna. 

Spanakopita – $12 – Homemade by OPA! Restaurant in Waterville. Spinach with feta cheese, in layers of filo dough.

Gyro – $9 – Classic Greek Sandwich: Thinly sliced beef topped with chopped tomato, onions, lettuce, and “tzatziki” (a savory sauce made with cucumber, garlic, and dill), wrapped in a pita bread.

Vegetarian Gyro – $8

Greek Salad – $4

Rice – $2

Greek Fries – $5 – Fries seasoned with oregano, lemon, and garlic.


Pastries

Baklava (bak-lah-VAH) – $3 – Our most popular pastry! Buttered filo dough layered with finely chopped walnuts & spices, baked until delicately crisp and golden. While warm, the baklava is covered with a honey syrup.

Finikia (fee-NEE-kyah) – $1.50 – These honey-soaked, cake-like cookies are baked until richly browned, moist and fragrant with spices.

Kourambiethes (koo-ram-BYEH-thess) – $1.50 – These exquisite shortbread cookies will melt in your mouth! Made with fresh, unsalted, sweet butter and vanilla. After baking they are powdered with sugar. These are often called “wedding cookies”.

Kataifi (ka-ta-EE-fee) – $3 – This eye-appealing dessert is made with shredded filo dough, filled with spices and finely chopped walnuts. A honey syrup is poured over the cake to flavor and keep it moist.

Flogeres (flo-YEH-ress) – $3 – “Athenian delight” – A nut roll made with walnuts wrapped in filo dough, dipped in honey syrup, and chocolate garnish.


Desserts

Baklava Sundae – $5 – Vanilla ice cream topped with crushed baklava.

Loukoumades (loo-koo-MAH-thess) – $4 – These honey puffs are made from a very light yeast dough, dropped by the spoonful in hot oil, dipped in honey syrup, and sprinkled with cinnamon and ground walnuts. Served in batches of 6. Available at the Loukoumades booth.
